在施工时应严格按照要求进行施工，单次批档厚度控制要合适，室内风不宜太大从而导致石膏表层水分蒸发过快。修补：粉刷层未干时在其表面薄薄满批一层即可恢复；粉刷层已干时，洒水湿润后再批，不会再出现裂缝。

墙体表面有起粉的现象。原因：基层墙体未洒水湿润到位；抹灰层厚度太薄；弟一层已干后才抹弟二层、凝结时间太长而且风力大。仿治：基层墙体修补、打磨、清理到位，按要求洒水湿润；已变稠的石膏浆、落地灰和刮搓下的灰泥，严禁加水二次搅拌后使用；控制好抹灰石膏凝结时间及施工环境。石膏砂浆抹灰现场应严格进行样板施工，验收合格后方可大面施工。不同批次材料进场验收严格，确保材料与样板一致合格。
