一、粉煤灰用量对内外墙腻子粉性能的影响：随着粉煤灰用量增加，腻子粘结强度逐渐降低;当粉煤灰用量达30%以上时，强度降低相对较快。另外，随着粉煤灰用量增大，腻子施工性能有所改善。综合考虑，粉煤灰用量可控制在20%～30%范围内。

二、水泥对内外墙腻子粉的性能的影响：在水的作用下，水泥通过反应形成交联网状结构，因而能赋予腻子高粘结强度。当水泥用量达15%后，再增加水泥用量，腻子粉的粘结强度增加较缓慢。同时，水泥用量过大，易引起腻子膜层甚至表面涂层起裂纹。因此水泥用量控制在10%～40%范围较好。

另外，随着乳胶粉用量增加，腻子膜层干擦洗质量损失逐渐减少，当乳胶粉用量达2.5%以上时，腻子膜层质量损失趋于稳定，且质量损失很小。这主要是由于当乳胶粉达到此用量时，乳胶粉分散成胶液后能很好地将颜填料与基材粘结起来。
