成品的抹灰砂浆，在出厂以后都会配有出厂的小票。小票上会写明检查的项目。而且抹面砂浆会有相应的检测报告。通过这些我们都可以发现，抹面砂浆主要检测的项目有五项，也就是：砂浆的稠度，砂浆的保水率，抗压强度，拉伸粘接强度。

抹面砂浆针对以上的项目都需要进行检测。检测的要求是同一个生产厂家的，同一品种，同一等级，同一批号，且连续进场的砂浆。一般要求砂浆每50立方，做一个检验批，不足50立方时按照一个检验批来算。
