1.超细、提纯、改性的无水硫酸钙。

目前,国内已有专 家将二水石膏经过脱不、超细、提纯和改性等一系列加工后,制形成一种称为凯色粉的高 档产品。它能够取代立德粉、超细的煅烧高岭土、滑石、重质碳酸钙(或轻钙),能够替代局部钛白粉用作橡胶、塑料、涂料中的填料。由于中工后的我水硫酸钙与有机资料亲合力强,能够大量掺入,掺入量为重钙或轻钙掺入量的2倍以上,制品的强度、刚性、外表硬度、耐酸性、耐候性、热稳定性均有所进步,而每吨制品的本钱即降落了200多元。依据他们的成果,在山西晋城已建成加工厂停止批量消费。凯色粉已在江苏、上海、海南等地推行应用。

长期以来,国内不少单位开发了一些石膏复合墙体,如轻钢龙骨纸面石膏板夹岩板复合墙体、纤维石膏板或石膏刨花板等与龙骨的复合墙体,加气(或发泡)石膏保温板或砌块复合墙体,石膏与聚苯泡沫板、稻草板、蜂窝纸芯、麦秸芯板等复合的大板等。特别是纤维加强低硷主水泥(GRC板)或硬石膏水泥压力板与各种有机、无机芯材复合墙体,既能够做内墙也能够做外墙。有条件的地域和工厂,可与建筑设计、施工及建立单位亲密配合,组织消费各种装配工石膏复合墙板、屋面乃至包括门客的盒子间。这种工厂化消费建筑物各种组件,然后现场装配,可进步建筑速度和质量,降低造价,减轻工人的劳动强度和环境污染,是新型建材的开展方向。
