　　劣质腻子：拉拔之后，观察腻子断裂面。劣质腻子的断裂面出现在其中一个水泥决的表层就是水泥表面的腻子已经被拔掉了。优质腻子：优质腻子的断裂面出现在腻子本身的中间层，两块水泥表层仍然粘有腻子。

　　腻子粉主要看哪几个方面？

　　①成分。腻子的主要成分是双飞粉、灰钙粉、水泥、胶粉、滑石粉、保水剂等组成，好的腻子粉使用的胶粉是天然植物胶，用来批墙无任何气味。而传统腻子粉需要加入胶水增加它的粘黏度，用来批墙会有一股让人不适应的气味。①环保性。腻子在家装成本中的比例微乎其微，但其施工面积却占到家装总面积的80℅以上，若其环保质量不过关，所含有毒物质将在室内长期释放，毒害居住者健康。环保标准：GB 18582-2020

　　②粘结强度。目前仍有一些用户采用原始的方法调制腻子，用这种方法调制出来的腻子由于比例不当、计量不准、粘结力很差，所以极易出现起皮、脱落等弊病。另外市场常见的劣质腻子粉也往往没有质量保证。③光滑细腻。腻子打磨后都会形成一些细小砂痕，这有利于乳胶漆的附着，但如果砂痕太粗，乳胶底漆难于填充覆盖，就会影响涂层表面的光滑程度。④耐水性好。耐水性常常是决定腻子质量的一个重要指标，耐水性好的腻子不仅在发霉、受潮的条件下同样保持良好的附着力，而且对涂料在其表面的成膜也具有很大的作用。⑤施工性。好的腻子施工好批刮易打磨，批厚不易自裂。⑥使用寿命。普通腻子粉遇水即变质，使用时间长了脱粉风化、起泡、开裂、脱落等现象都可能出现，使用寿命一般在三五年左右。而耐水腻子可以在水中浸泡检测48小时，它的防霉、防碱、防潮能力更强，使用寿命长达10年以上。
