②设计配方不合理，选材的问题和结构的问题，在腻子配方中很重要。比如羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)做内墙不防水的腻子，HPMC虽然很贵，但对双飞粉，滑石粉，硅灰石粉等填充料不起作用，如果仅使用HPMC就会引起脱粉，而价格低的CMC、CMS反到不脱粉，但是CMC、CMS不能做防水腻子，也不能做外墙腻子，因为CMC和CMS遇到灰钙粉、白水泥起反应，这都会引起脱粉，也有把聚丙烯酰胺加入灰钙粉、白水泥做为防水涂料，也会起化学反应引起脱粉。

③混合搅拌不均匀，是造成内外墙腻子脱粉的主要原因，全国有的生产厂家生产腻子粉设备简单，五花八门，不是**搅拌设备，搅拌不均匀，引起腻子脱粉。
