问题一：干得快

Problem 1: fast work

腻子粉料在桶里调配时干的很快，难施工，批刮后失水快，不能正常收压或施工后干燥过快。

The putty powder dries very fast when it is mixed in the bucket, so it is difficult to construct. It loses water quickly after scraping. It can't be compressed normally or dried too fast after construction.

原因：施工环境气温太高，湿度太低、通风太强及阳光直晒，腻子中的复合材料反应加速。

Reasons: the temperature of construction environment is too high, the humidity is too low, the ventilation is too strong and the sunlight is direct, and the reaction of composite materials in putty is accelerated.

解决方案：预防为主，注意施工环境，避免在高温时段、阳光直晒时段施工，控制施工场地通风强度。当基面出现太过干燥、 吸水快的情况时建议刷涂界面剂或者预先湿润基面(但不能有明水)再施工。

施工完成及干透后，用手触摸有掉粉现象，严重的甚至出现前后两道腻子之间或腻子与基底之间相互剥离。

After the construction is completed and dried thoroughly, there is powder dropping phenomenon when touching with hands. In serious cases, there is even peeling between the front and back putty or between the putty and the base.

原因：腻子在高温干燥时施工，水分挥发快，没有足够水分进行固化，因而容易脱粉。而底层腻子疏松粉化严重，面层腻子太硬，干燥太快会造成脱层。另外,外墙腻子被雨水冲刷后，粘结剂流失，重批后也容易脱层。

解决方案：高温、干燥强风天气施工，更好将基面润湿无明水后再进行腻子施工。施工时要收压密实，适度掌握干燥时间。
