　　石膏粉生产线原料破碎工艺:石膏块体次由粗颚式破碎机破碎，分布在卸料区，第二次由细颚式破碎机破碎，送入料仓。在此过程中，严禁粗颚式破碎机带负荷起动，停止报警信号;卸料区分为两个卸料区，卸料车应自由切换，物料分布均匀。石膏粉生产线预磨:筒仓中的石膏粉用螺杆量取，带机进入柱磨机进行进一步磨粉，再用分离器进行分离。合格物料由角螺杆输送机、立斗提升机、顶螺杆输送机运至面粉仓。在此过程中，用定值法测量螺旋，计算累计输出。柱磨机也不能带负荷启动，并需要测试电流;由库存水平信号来选择仓库进料。
